After his explanation of the multi-step process they use, I expected a quote of at least double what I paid in the past. Turns out, it was only slightly more, but what I got for that was well worth it. Email and text notifications a few days out, and the day before reminder. Arrived on time, and finished on time. The carpets look fantastic. Note: very COVID sensitive. Mint Cleaning did such a good job, I think I’ll try them out when my concrete gets stained/soiled. I had a Real Estate listing that needed carpet cleaning. My client hired a very reputable Boise company to clean their carpet. When it was done, I wasn’t impressed.
