Trevor Schultz
Our humble founder and hub of all things Mint. Trevor is a full-time father to two beautiful girls and husband to the artistic sounding board of Mint: Lindsey. A pundit of proper cleaning, Trevor is well versed in everything from upholstery, textiles, carpet care, and window wizardry. Give the business line a ring and he’ll be happy to answer any cleaning inquiry with a seemingly bottomless bag of understanding. Trevor began filling said bag almost a decade ago building up his low moisture carpet cleaning skills in tandem with window experience. After years of working alongside business partners in the treasure valley the visionary struck out on his own to offer Boise more than just the best results, but an experience for customers to remember. With the business growing in services offered as well as employees, Trevor has begun focusing his efforts on leading the team and expanding his education. Don’t let his role of Boss fool you though, this guy can still work circles around the best of them.
Tyler
Tyler is our lead air duct cleaning specialist here at Mint. He is also well versed in carpet cleaning and window cleaning. With a background in both commercial and residential construction, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. His desire to have the customer’s best interest in mind while providing the highest quality in his service offering is just a part of what makes him invaluable to the Mint family.
A force to be reckoned with on a mountain bike, Tyler is generally found riding or hiking trails and has no love for television or being stuck indoors.
Dillon
Dillon is a lead technician in floor and window cleaning operations here at Mint. With 7 years of experience in both commercial and residential cleaning as well as over a decade in customer service, Dillon is well versed in both client care and specialized cleaning techniques.
Dillon is an avid camper and outdoorsman. On most weekends he will normally be found testing the tensile strength of every component on his truck in the mud and sand.
Wes
The newest member of the Mint Team, Wes has already worked his way into being a crucial piece in Mint’s arsenal. Wes is a traveling man that has lived in New York, Tennessee, and Arizona before making his way to the Gem State to call it “Home Sweet Home”. When Wes is restoring your panes to a crystal clear condition he’s usually rocking out to Motley Crue and other classic hair bands but You Oughta Know he has a soft spot for Alanis Morissette as well. Bringing over 8 years of high-end residential window cleaning to the table, he’s our go-to for servicing homes all over the Treasure Valley. At the end of a long day the only hazy glass this guy wants to see is a cold IPA will he’s throwing a line in on a local river.
